Anti-bTrCP1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The bTrCP1 antigen is another term for the human protein beta-transducin repeat containing E3 ubiquitin protein ligase, encoded by the BTRC gene. The protein is reported to be a substrate recognition component of a SCF (SKP1-CUL1-F-box protein) E3 ubiquitin-protein ligase complex which mediates the ubiquitination and subsequent proteasomal degradation of target proteins. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 605 residues and a mass of 68.9 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and cytoplasm and it is reported to be expressed in epididymis. Indicated applications for bTrCP1 antibodies listed below include Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
