Anti-Acf7 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the Acf7 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MACF1 gene, which encodes microtubule actin crosslinking factor 1. This protein is known to function in cytoskeleton organization and the Wnt signaling pathway, among other biological roles. The human version of Acf7 has a canonical amino acid length of 7388 residues and a protein mass of 838.3 kilodaltons, although 7 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane, Golgi, and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include ABP620 and KIAA0754.
