Anti-BCL2L5 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The BCL2L5 antigen is another term for the human protein BCL2 related protein A1, encoded by the BCL2A1 gene. The protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 175 residues and a mass of 20.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. The BCL2L5 protein is a member of the Bcl-2 protein family. Other alias names for BCL2L5 include ACC-1, ACC-1, and ACC-2.
