Anti-RIG1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The RIG1 antigen is another term for the human protein RNA sensor RIG-I, encoded by the RIGI gene. The protein is known to function in innate immune responses, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 925 residues and a mass of 106.6 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The RIG1 protein is a member of the Helicase protein family. Some RIG1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Indicated applications for the antibodies listed below include Western Blot.
