Anti-NOT1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the NOT1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CNOT1 gene, which encodes CCR4-NOT transcription complex subunit 1. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription and trophectodermal cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of NOT1 has a canonical amino acid length of 2376 residues and a protein mass of 266.9 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Other names for this target antigen include AD-005, CDC39, and HPE12. Indicated applications for NOT1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
