Anti-LIAR antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the LIAR antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the ANKRD54 gene, which encodes ankyrin repeat domain 54. This protein is known to function in the regulation of cell differentiation, among other biological roles. The human version of LIAR has a canonical amino acid length of 300 residues and a protein mass of 32.5 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. Indicated applications for LIAR antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
