Anti-TCFL1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the TCFL1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the VPS72 gene, which encodes vacuolar protein sorting 72 homolog. This protein is known to function in the regulation of transcription and the regulation of apoptosis, among other biological roles. The human version of TCFL1 has a canonical amino acid length of 364 residues and a protein mass of 40.6 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus of cells. Other names for this target antigen include CFL1 and Swc2. Indicated applications for TCFL1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
