Anti-TRIM51 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tripartite motif-containing 51. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 452 amino acid residues and a mass of 52.3 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the TRIM/RBCC protein family, TRIM51 is known to be involved with innate immune responses and protein ubiquitination. Synonyms for this target antigen include SPRY domain containing 5, SPRY domain-containing protein 5, and tripartite motif-containing protein 51. Western Blot is the most common application for the TRIM51 antibodies listed below. ELISA, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
