Anti-PH2 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the PH2 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GRHPR gene, which encodes glyoxylate and hydroxypyruvate reductase. This protein is known to function in metabolic processes, among other biological roles. The human version of PH2 has a canonical amino acid length of 328 residues and a protein mass of 35.7 kilodaltons, although 2 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be notably expressed in many tissues, such as the adrenal gland and hippocampus. PH2 is a member of the D-isomer specific 2-hydroxyacid dehydrogenase protein family. Indicated applications for PH2 antibodies listed below include Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
