Anti-ETA antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The ETA antigen is another term for the human protein endothelin receptor type A, encoded by the EDNRA gene. The protein is a known receptor for endothelin-1. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 427 residues and a mass of 48.7 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. The ETA protein is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family.
