Anti-GRASP65 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the GRASP65 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the GORASP1 gene, which encodes golgi reassembly stacking protein 1. This protein is known to function in Golgi organization and protein transport, among other biological roles. The human version of GRASP65 has a canonical amino acid length of 440 residues and a protein mass of 46.5 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the ER, Golgi, and membrane of cells and widely expressed in many tissue types. GRASP65 is a member of the GORASP protein family. Indicated applications for GRASP65 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
