Anti-beta'-COP antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The beta'-COP antigen is another term for the human protein COPI coat complex subunit beta 2, encoded by the COPB2 gene. The protein is known to function in Golgi transport and intracellular protein transport, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 906 residues and a mass of 102.5 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane, cytoplasmic vesicles, Golgi, and cytoplasm and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The beta'-COP protein is a member of the WD repeat COPB2 protein family.
