FT antibodies can refer to several unrelated targets, such as the filaggrin (FLG) protein, flowering locust T protein (FT) or Farnesyltransferase, CAAX Box, Beta (FNTB). Filament aggregating protein or filaggrin binds to keratin fibers in epithelial cells. It is encoded by the FLG gene in humans, which is part of the S100 fused-type protein (SFTP). Flowering locust T protein (FT) is needed for the transition from vegetative growth to flowering stages in plants. FNTB is part of the farnesyltransferase complex which plays a role in fat-soluble vitamin metabolism. These antibodies can be used for Western blot, immunohistochemistry, flow cytometry and ELISA kits. Visit the supplier page to know more about reactivity, conjugate/tag and clonality.
