Anti-ZNF611 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein zinc finger protein 611. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 705 amino acid residues and a mass of 81.4 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. A member of the Krueppel C2H2-type zinc-finger protein family, ZNF611 is suspected to be involved in transcriptional regulation. ZNF611 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the ZNF611 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Flow Cytometry are also common applications.
