Anti-KLHL6 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein kelch like family member 6. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 621 amino acid residues and a mass of 70.4 kDa. KLHL6 is known to be involved in B-lymphocyte antigen receptor signaling and germinal center formation. Synonyms for this target antigen include kelch-like protein 6. KLHL6 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some KLHL6 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. ELISA, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
