Anti-B7H1 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The B7H1 antigen is another term for the human protein CD274 molecule, encoded by the CD274 gene. The protein is known to play an important role in induction and maintenance of immune tolerance to self. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 290 residues and a mass of 33.3 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and it is reported to be highly expressed in the heart, skeletal muscle, placenta and lung. The B7H1 protein is a member of the BTN/MOG protein family. Other alias names for B7H1 include B7-H and B7-H. Western Blot is a widely used application for the B7H1 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunohistochemistry is also a common application.
