Anti-SPDYE3 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein speedy/RINGO cell cycle regulator family member E3. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 549 amino acid residues and a mass of 63.9 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be highly expressed in the testis and spleen. It is a member of the Speedy/Ringo protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include Putative WBSCR19-like protein 7, putative Speedy protein E3, speedy homolog E3, and speedy protein E3. Western Blot is the most common application for the SPDYE3 antibodies listed below. Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
