Anti-PKC eta antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene PRKCH, or 'protein kinase C eta' in humans. The 683-amino acid protein is a member of the Protein kinase superfamily, AGC Ser/Thr protein kinase family, PKC subfamily. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic.
