Anti-TTI2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein TELO2 interacting protein 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 508 amino acid residues and a mass of 56.9 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the TTI2 protein family, TTI2 is a reported regulator of the DNA damage response (DDR). The TTI2 gene has been associated with the disease, Intellectual developmental disorder. Synonyms for this target antigen include Tel2 interacting protein 2 homolog. TTI2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of TTI2 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
