Anti-Nrf3 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Nrf3 is a known alias name of the protein NFE2 like bZIP transcription factor 3, encoded by the NFE2L3 gene in humans. This 694-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in transcription by RNA polymerase II, among other biological processes. It is localized to the nucleus of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to be highly expressed in human placenta and also in B-cell and monocyte cell lines. Other synonyms for Nrf3 include nuclear factor erythroid 2-related factor 3 and NF-E2-related factor 3. Indicated applications for Nrf3 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
