Anti-DCIR antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DCIR antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the CLEC4A gene, which encodes C-type lectin domain family 4 member A. This protein is known to function in adaptive immune responses and cell adhesion, among other biological roles. The human version of DCIR has a canonical amino acid length of 237 residues and a protein mass of 27.5 kilodaltons, although 4 isoforms have been identified. It is reported to be localized in the cell membrane of cells. Other names for this target antigen include CD367 and CLECSF6. Indicated applications for DCIR antibodies listed below include ELISA, Flow Cytometry, Western Blot, and Immunohistochemistry.
