Anti-MRT4 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the MRT4 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the MRTO4 gene, which encodes MRT4 homolog, ribosome maturation factor. This protein is known to function in rRNA processing, among other biological roles. The human version of MRT4 has a canonical amino acid length of 239 residues and a protein mass of 27.6 kilodaltons. It is reported to be localized in the nucleus and cytoplasm of cells and notably expressed in many tissues, such as the cerebellum, vagina, and caudate. MRT4 is a member of the Universal ribosomal protein uL10 protein family. Indicated applications for MRT4 antibodies listed below include ELISA and Western Blot.
