Anti-DCR2 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The DCR2 antigen is another term for the human protein TNF receptor superfamily member 10d, encoded by the TNFRSF10D gene. The protein is a known receptor for the cytotoxic ligand TRAIL. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 386 residues and a mass of 41.8 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the membrane and it is reported to be widely expressed in particular in fetal kidney, lung and liver, and in adult testis and liver.
