Anti-B7RP1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target B7RP1 is a known alias name of the protein inducible T cell costimulator ligand, encoded by the ICOSLG gene in humans. This 302-amino acid residue protein is known to be the ligand for the T-cell-specific cell surface receptor ICOS. It is localized to the cell membrane of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for B7RP1 include B7-H2, B7H2, and B7RP-1. Western Blot is a widely used application for the B7RP1 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
