Anti-GUP1 antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target GUP1 is a known alias name of the protein hedgehog acyltransferase like, encoded by the HHATL gene in humans. This 504-amino acid residue protein is a member of the Membrane-bound acyltransferase protein family. It is localized to the ER of the cell. In terms of tissue expression, it is reported to have heart-specific expression. Indicated applications for GUP1 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
