Anti-Lfc antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target Lfc is a known alias name of the protein Rho/Rac guanine nucleotide exchange factor 2, encoded by the ARHGEF2 gene in humans. This 986-amino acid residue protein is known to be involved in the cell cycle and TNF-mediated cellular signaling pathways, among other biological processes. It is localized to the cytoplasmic vesicles, Golgi, and cytoplasm of the cell and features phosphorylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be expressed in many tissues, such as the bone marrow and lymph node. Other synonyms for Lfc include GEF, GEF-H1, and GEFH1. Western Blot is a widely used application for the Lfc antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
