Anti-SRGAP1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein SLIT-ROBO Rho GTPase activating protein 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1085 amino acid residues and a mass of 124.3 kDa. Up to 2 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is reported to be expressed in the brain, lung, kidney, and testis. SRGAP1 is a GTPase-activating protein for RhoA and Cdc42 small GTPases. The SRGAP1 gene has been associated with the disease, Thyroid cancer. Synonyms for this target antigen include rho GTPase-activating protein 13. SRGAP1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. A number of SRGAP1 antibodies have been mentioned in research publications and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
