Anti-PCDHB10 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein protocadherin beta 10. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 800 amino acid residues and a mass of 87.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. PCDHB10 is known to be involved with cell adhesion and chemical synaptic transmission. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include PCDH-beta-10. PCDHB10 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the PCDHB10 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
