Anti-EXOC3L4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein exocyst complex component 3 like 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 722 amino acid residues and a mass of 79.9 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the SEC6 protein family, EXOC3L4 is known to be involved with exocytosis. Synonyms for this target antigen include exocyst complex component 3-like protein 4 and SEC6-like protein C14orf73. EXOC3L4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Immunocytochemistry is a widely used application for the EXOC3L4 antibodies listed below. In addition, Immunofluorescence is also a common application.
