Anti-YPEL2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein yippee like 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 119 amino acid residues and a mass of 13.6 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus. It is widely expressed across many tissue types. It is a member of the Yippee protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include protein yippee-like 2 and DiGeorge syndrome-related protein. YPEL2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some YPEL2 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. ELISA is a widely used application for these antibodies. Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
