Anti-SCRB1 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the SCRB1 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the SCRIB gene, which encodes scribble planar cell polarity protein. This protein is known to function in GTPase activation and cell migration, among other biological roles. The human version of SCRB1 has a canonical amino acid length of 1630 residues and a protein mass of 174.9 kilodaltons, although 3 isoforms have been identified.
