Anti-ISOC1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein isochorismatase domain containing 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 298 amino acid residues and a mass of 32.2 kDa. It is a member of the Isochorismatase protein family. Synonyms for this target antigen include CGI-111 and isochorismatase domain-containing protein 1. ISOC1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Some ISOC1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
