Anti-RBM44 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein RNA binding motif protein 44. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 1051 amino acid residues and a mass of 118 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cytoplasm. It is notably expressed in the testis. RBM44 is known to be a component of intercellular bridges during meiosis. Synonyms for this target antigen include RNA-binding protein 44. RBM44 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish and chimpanzee species. Indicated applications for RBM44 antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
