Anti-Homer scaffold protein 1 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene HOMER1 in humans. The gene may also be known as PSD-Zip45, Homer, SYN47, Ves-1, homer scaffolding protein 1, and HOMER1A. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 40.3 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
