Anti-OR9A4 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 9 subfamily A member 4. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 314 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.8 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 9A4 and olfactory receptor OR7-1. OR9A4 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR9A4 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
