Anti-TTC39C antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein tetratricopeptide repeat domain 39C. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 583 amino acid residues and a mass of 65.9 kDa. Up to 3 different isoforms have been reported for this protein. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. A member of the TTC39 protein family, TTC39C is known to be involved with cilium assembly. Synonyms for this target antigen include tetratricopeptide repeat protein 39C and TPR repeat protein 39C. TTC39C gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. These TTC39C antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
