Anti-CD121a antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The CD121a antigen is another term for the human protein interleukin 1 receptor type 1, encoded by the IL1R1 gene. The protein is a known receptor for IL1A, IL1B and IL1RN. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 569 residues and a mass of 65.4 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane and is secreted. It is reported to be expressed in T-helper cell subsets. The CD121a protein is a member of the Interleukin-1 receptor protein family. Other alias names for CD121a include D2S1473. Western Blot is the most common application for the CD121a antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunohistochemistry are also common applications.
