Anti-PCLD antibodies are used in antigen-specific immunodetection in biological samples. The target PCLD is a known alias name of the protein protein kinase C substrate 80K-H, encoded by the PRKCSH gene in humans. This 528-amino acid residue protein is a regulatory subunit of glucosidase II that cleaves sequentially the 2 innermost alpha-1,3-linked glucose residues from the Glc(2)Man(9)GlcNAc(2) oligosaccharide precursor of immature glycoproteins. It is localized to the ER of the cell and features glycosylated post-translational modifications. It is reported to be widely expressed in many tissue types. Other synonyms for PCLD include AGE-R2, AGE-R2, and G19P1. Indicated applications for PCLD antibodies listed below include ELISA, Western Blot, Immunocytochemistry, Immunofluorescence, and Immunohistochemistry.
