Anti-Aryl hydrocarbon receptor antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene AHR in humans. The gene may also be known as Ah Receptor, RP85, bHLHe76, and aromatic hydrocarbon receptor. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 96.1 kilodaltons in mass. The AHR marker can be used to identify Type 3 Innate Lymphoid Cells.* Based on gene name, E. coli, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
