Anti-Sirtuin-4 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene SIRT4 in humans. The Sirtuin-4 protein has a reported amino acid length of 314 and an expected mass of 35.2 kDa. The protein may also be known as SIR2L4, NAD-dependent protein lipoamidase sirtuin-4, mitochondrial, and NAD-dependent ADP-ribosyltransferase sirtuin-4. Variants of this antigen may also be found in other species, including fly, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat.
