Anti-OR4S2 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 4 subfamily S member 2. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 311 amino acid residues and a mass of 35.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor OR11-137, olfactory receptor, family 4, subfamily S, member 2 pseudogene, and olfactory receptor 4S2. OR4S2 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is a widely used application for the OR4S2 antibodies listed below. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
