Anti-RPA70 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The RPA70 antigen is another term for the human protein replication protein A1, encoded by the RPA1 gene. The protein is known to function in DNA damage pathways and DNA repair, among other biological roles. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 616 residues and a mass of 68.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is widely expressed in many tissue types. The RPA70 protein is a member of the Replication factor A protein 1 protein family. Other alias names for RPA70 include HSSB, MST075, and PFBMFT6. These RPA70 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
