Anti-OR4X1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein olfactory receptor family 4 subfamily X member 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 305 amino acid residues and a mass of 34.2 kDa. Its subcellular localization is in the cell membrane. It is a member of the G-protein coupled receptor 1 protein family. Post-translational modifications have been described, including glycosylation. Synonyms for this target antigen include olfactory receptor 4X1 and olfactory receptor OR11-104. OR4X1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, bovine and chimpanzee species. Western Blot is the most common application for the OR4X1 antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
