Anti-ODF1 antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein outer dense fiber of sperm tails 1. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 250 amino acid residues and a mass of 28.4 kDa. It is notably expressed in the testis. ODF1 is a known component of the outer dense fibers (ODF) of spermatozoa. Synonyms for this target antigen include HSPB10, ODF, ODF2, ODF27, ODFP, ODFPG, ODFPGA, and CT133. ODF1 gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine and chimpanzee species. Some Odf1 antibodies may have been used in research and have associated citations. Western Blot is a widely used application for these antibodies. In addition, ELISA is also a common application.
