Anti-IDN3 antibodies are protein reagents that detect specific antigens. The IDN3 antigen is another term for the human protein NIPBL cohesin loading factor, encoded by the NIPBL gene. The protein is known to play an important role in the loading of the cohesin complex on to DNA. Canonically, it has an amino acid length of 2804 residues and a mass of 316.1 kilodaltons. Its subcellular localization is in the nucleus and it is widely expressed across many tissue types. The IDN3 protein is a member of the SCC2/Nipped-B protein family. Other alias names for IDN3 include CDLS and CDLS1.
