Anti-Dicer antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene DICER1, or 'dicer 1, ribonuclease III' in humans. The 1922-amino acid protein is a member of the Helicase family, Dicer subfamily. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic.
