Anti-Fibronectin leucine rich transmembrane protein 3 antibodies are directed against the protein encoded by the gene FLRT3 in humans. The gene may also be known as HH21, leucine-rich repeat transmembrane protein FLRT3, and fibronectin-like domain-containing leucine-rich transmembrane protein 3. Structurally, the protein is reported to be 73 kilodaltons in mass. Based on gene name, canine, porcine, monkey, mouse and rat orthologs may also be found.
