Anti-CCDC28A antibodies are used in the immunodetection of the protein coiled-coil domain containing 28A. In humans, the canonical protein has a reported length of 274 amino acid residues and a mass of 30.4 kDa. It is notably widely expressed in many tissue types. Synonyms for this target antigen include CCRL1AP, coiled-coil domain-containing protein 28A, chemokine C-C motif receptor-like 1 adjacent, and C6orf80. CCDC28A gene orthologs have been reported in the mouse, rat, bovine, frog, zebrafish, chimpanzee and chicken species. Western Blot is the most common application for the CCDC28A antibodies listed below. ELISA and Immunofluorescence are also common applications.
