Anti-RagB antibodies detect the protein encoded by the gene RRAGB, or 'Ras related GTP binding B' in humans. The 374-amino acid protein is a member of the GTR/RAG GTP-binding protein family. The cellular localization is predicted to be cytoplasmic.
