Anti-DR3 antibodies enable researchers to detect and measure the DR3 antigen in biological samples. This target is a reported synonym of the TNFRSF25 gene, which encodes TNF receptor superfamily member 25. This protein is known to function in the apoptotic pathway and receptor-mediated signaling pathways, among other biological roles. The human version of DR3 has a canonical amino acid length of 417 residues and a protein mass of 45.4 kilodaltons, although 12 isoforms have been identified. Other names for this target antigen include APO-3, APO-3, and DDR3. These DR3 antibodies are widely used in Western Blot experiments, among other applications.
